Mountain Animal Hospital Center and Mobile Veterinarian are thrilled that we can now offer our clients COLD LASER THERAPY!
Why consider LASER THERAPY for your pet?
Laser therapy is a holistic, non-invasive, effective way to treat and manage many different conditions and there are many reasons why your veterinarian may recommend that your pet have laser therapy.
Low-level laser therapy or “cold” laser therapy uses low-power lasers to interact with tissues in order to accelerate healing and decrease pain and discomfort. How do the lasers do this? They exert a biochemical change to promote tissue healing and pain relief.
Laser therapy has very few risks associated with it if done by a professional and its safety allows veterinarians to use it for a variety of conditions.
Here are some examples!
- Broken Bones
- Disk Disease
- Sprains and Strains
- Ear Disorders
- Lacerations and Abrasions
- Incision Healing
There are many more applications and the list is ever growing!
